1. SBS List Manager - Setup

To set up the List Manager:

Navigate to List Manager.

Add a New List option named "System Breakdown Structure Categories" under the List Names on the Left Side.

System Breakdown Structure Categories will be of Type "System List" and Category "Planner".

For every Project created, the "System Breakdown Structure Categories" option and ALL its corresponding Default List Values should be automatically 'Seeded' by Default.

Clicking on the List - System Breakdown Structure Categories will display the List Values on the Right Pane.

2. System Breakdown Structure (SBS) Setup

SBS Quick Add Section

Under Project, clicking on System Breakdown Structure (SBS) will direct the user to the "System Breakdown Structure Manager" where the Top section allows Users to 'Quick Add' a new SBS Entry.

SBS Grid Section

A new SBS gets created and appears in the grid as a new Row.

System Breakdown Structure - Right Panel

The Right Panel of the Grid consists of four options:

A. Categories for System Breakdown Structure.

B. Manage SBS Phases.

C. Set Dynamic Dates for Heatmap.

D. Supplemental Info.

Categories for System Breakdown Structure

This section displays all List NAMES (Categories) defined of the Type "Planner" ONLY in List Manager in the Dropdown. The default value displayed will be 'System Breakdown Structure Categories'. Users can switch between Lists, with updates to existing SBS items being handled accordingly.

Manage SBS Phases

Clicking on 'Manage SBS Phases' displays Default Phases assigned to all Projects in a Pop-up. Actions such as Adding, Modifying, Changing Color, Dragging and Dropping, and Deleting Phases can be performed here.

Supplemental Info Configuration

To map Supplemental Info to Each SBS Category, users click on the Hamburger Icon. This reveals the Supplemental Info Configuration Option. Configuration can be performed independently for ALL Categories. After Field Mapping, a Green Tick Mark is displayed for the respective Category on the Left Pane, indicating successful configuration.

System Breakdown Structure - Details Page - Right Panel

When a SBS is double-clicked, the right pane displays four tabs:

Details Pane: Displays SBS Details split into various sections.

System Break Down (SBS) - In App Designer

A new Meta data type 'System Break Down Structure' has been introduced in the App Designer under the 'Field Types'.

System Break Down (SBS) - In PLANNER

A new field "System Breakdown Structure' (with Phase) has been introduced on both Plan Tags and Dispatch Tags under the respective boards.
